Job Title: HR Assistant

Work Location: Matola

Working Hours:

08:00 – 17:00, with a two-hour lunch break at noon.

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Assist the supervisor in handling daily office administrative tasks, including office procurement, expense reimbursement, equipment maintenance, and general office support;

2. Assist in HR-related matters, including attendance management, leave administration, payroll preparation and distribution;

Assist with visa applications and related procedures for foreign employees;

3. Assist in handling employee relations matters, including staff communication, disciplinary management, and coordination of basic labor dispute issues;

4. Complete other administrative and HR tasks assigned by the supervisor.

【Requirements】

1. Good communication and written skills;

2. English must be usable as a working language for daily communication and document handling;

3. Must hold a valid driver’s license with practical driving experience;

4. Prior hands-on experience in administration, HR operations, or foreign employee visa processing is preferred;

5. Experience in employee relations, labor dispute coordination, or staff management is an advantage;

6. Responsible, detail-oriented, professional, and a good team player.
