Head of Sales & Delivery (Maputo – Mozambique)

A start-up e-commerce company seeks a RESULTS-DRIVEN Head of Sales & Delivery for Mozambique operations.

This is NOT a regular delivery job. You will:

• Build and manage your own delivery team
• Earn based on actual performance (high performers make 3-5x base salary)
• Have full autonomy over your operations
• Grow with the company as we expand product lines

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proficiency in English
• Proven sales or delivery management experience
• Strong network in Maputo/major Mozambique cities
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you treat this like YOUR business
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Honest, reliable, and hungry for success

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit and manage 2-10 delivery agents
• Ensure 30%+ delivery success rate
• Handle customer communication and follow-ups
• Track inventory and cash collections
• Report daily performance metrics

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

• Base salary: will be 6,000 MZN per month
• Commission: 60 MZN per successful delivery and our target is 200 per week
• Team performance bonus: Additional 10,000 MZN if weekly 30% delivery success is met.
